Shipping Info: Domestic Orders shipped via USPS Media Mail.

International Orders shipped via UK Royal Mail. International orders are currently untracked in order to keep the price affordable for customers.

All records are shipped with the vinyl outside of the jacket in a polybag, within a poly-lined vinyl sleeve. Most will be shipped via protective whiplash mailer.

Cassettes shipped in single cassette mailers.
Return Policy: Please email geometriclullaby@hotmail.com first if you have any problems. I will do my best to replace or refund damaged or lost orders.

Refunds should only be issued with a legitimate excuse. Changing your mind shortly after a purchase can cause multiple issues for small businesses. Although, I understand that sometimes this cannot be helped and will do my best to accommodate you.

We will of course provide a full refund in the event of us overselling an item, if we ship you the wrong item, or a faulty/defective product which cannot be replaced. We package our records with great care and promise to work out a solution if anything arrives seriously damaged, but please do not request a full refund for something minor, such as a tiny corner ding, a tiny amount of warping, or a single pop/skip etc.

Records ship from a fulfilment center warehouse, and thus separate jackets or OBI strips are not able to be shipped.
